This Week: Ephemeral Sand Trays
This session you will be invited to explore the theme of the “ephemeral”, or a piece of work that exists only in the moment. Working in a small tray with sand, there will be a variety of objects and symbols for you to place and play with in the sand tray. This may become a story, a scene, or an artwork. I will also have art materials such as paper, felt tips, and crayons to explore with. At the end of session you will have the time to explain your story and hear others’ experiences as well.
True Colours provides a safe, structured environment where members of the LGBTQ+ community can explore creative self-expression through creative workshops including art therapy.
