Hidden Histories is a creative heritage project led by Radiate Arts, working alongside older people across Chester to capture and preserve personal memories, stories and reflections through conversation, film, audio recording and creative activities.

 

Through workshops and shared discussions, participants explored memories of community, identity, daily life and changing times, helping to build a collective record of lived experience that might otherwise be lost.

 

The project brought people together in a welcoming and reflective space, creating opportunities for connection, creativity and storytelling while celebrating the value of local voices and hidden histories within the community.
