Art For Living Well
This course, funded by the NHS Cheshire and Wirral Partnership, offered group art therapy sessions tailored for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community in Northwich, as well the LGBTQ+ community in Ellesmere Port.
Art for Living Well is a six-session creative wellbeing course designed to empower participants through expressive art-making, peer connection, and the development of personalised mental health toolkits. Whether managing identity, isolation, chronic illness, or communication barriers, participants explored strategies for resilience in a safe and inclusive space. Each session includes guided reflection, takeaway materials for a personal wellbeing toolkit, and signposting to local and national support
