Our Mission

Established in 2017, Radiate Arts is an inclusive, not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to fostering creativity, community wellbeing, and social inclusion. Working across Cheshire, Radiate Arts provides marginalised and underrepresented groups with access to meaningful creative experiences and since its inception, has been committed to supporting diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, armed forces veterans, families affected by domestic abuse, people recovering from addiction, and people experiencing mental health challenges.

We work extensively with isolated older adults, disabled people, and young people managing anxiety and depression. This wide scope of engagement reflects Radiate Arts' mission to use creativity as a tool for healing, connection, and self-expression. We are committed to using creativity to engage diverse communities, break down barriers to participation, and celebrate the creativity and cultural heritage of the people and areas that we serve.

We partner with a broad range of stakeholders, including schools, universities, libraries, charities, and local councils, building a network of collaborations that amplify the positive outcomes of our work throughout our communities.

Our Steering Group

Radiate Arts’ Steering Group is made up of team members, including dedicated volunteers, board members and representatives from other community organisations. Together, they provide support, challenge and guidance to the leadership team, helping shape the direction and future of Radiate Arts.

We welcome people who want to volunteer their time, share their perspective and help shape Radiate Arts as an open, inclusive organisation rooted in the communities we serve. For more information or to get involved, please email pam@radiatearts.co.uk or get in touch by phone to start a conversation.

Our Vision

Engage communities creatively.

We listen to communities and support them to shape, lead and deliver their own creative ideas.

We bring skills, experience and inspiration together to unlock the power of artistic expression.

Realise the benefits of arts in our lives.

We create access to the arts for people who might not otherwise experience them.

Our projects build self-worth, mindfulness, wellbeing and a sense of belonging.

Make a positive difference in society.

We collaborate locally to promote inclusion and celebrate diversity.
