The welcoming creative space workshops offer a safe and reassuring environment in which participants are free to work on their own art or project as well as getting out of the cold, and sharing their experiences with like-minded people. This space can act as a place for for participants to explore a new community and make new connections, or can simply be a place for for them to escape to for stress relief - there's no pressure!
Your job as a volunteer will be to help set up, hand out any art materials necessary, help to make drinks when/if necessary, offer support, communicate with participants, and be kind and open-minded.
