What to expect:
Art therapy is a type of psychoanalytic therapy that uses art making as a way to connect and express different emotions that are sometimes difficult to explain or name. All sessions will be half art-making and half time for discussion, where everyone is welcome to speak about their work in a safe, confidential space. All the artworks created will be your own, and you are welcome to take your work home with you at the end of every session.
