Make Bad Art!
This week we will be challenging our concept of “good art”, by making “bad art”. You are invited to work with a variety of materials; paints, pastels, pencils, felt tips, tapes, and decorative paper, to explore what it means to make an artwork that is meant to be “bad”. You are welcome to take your work at the end.
True Colours provides a safe, structured environment where members of the LGBTQ+ community can explore creative self-expression through creative workshops including art therapy. It will assist in developing individual and group resilience, giving people the opportunity to build their own toolkit that will better help them deal with the stresses of the modern world. These sessions are open to all members of the LGBTQ+ community aged 18+.
Sessions will be 90 minutes, starting at 1:30PM until 3:00PM. Each session will have 10 minutes to settle in and introduce…
