Group Art Therapy: Open Creative Session

This session offers an open, flexible space for intuitive art-making. 

Without a set theme, you are invited to notice what emerges in the moment - perhaps through movement of lines, layering of colours, symbolic shapes, or simply the tactile experience of materials. 

You can choose to focus on emotions, memories, sensations, or nothing specific at all. No previous art experience is needed. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable and meaningful to you. 

Before you join, we kindly ask you to complete a short form. Your answers will help us understand your needs, ensure the group is a good fit for you, and shape the session in a way that supports everyone.  The form can be found on the next page of the sign-up process.
