Group Art Therapy: Open Creative Session

This session offers an open, flexible space for intuitive art-making. 

Without a set theme, you are invited to notice what emerges in the moment - perhaps through movement of lines, layering of colours, symbolic shapes, or simply the tactile experience of materials. No artistic experience is needed, and all materials will be provided.

You can choose to focus on emotions, memories, sensations, or nothing specific at all. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable and meaningful to you. 

The group environment is calm, respectful, and supportive. Sharing is always optional.
