About the event
Join us for a relaxed six-week creative wellbeing course exploring different materials, techniques and ideas. Each week we’ll try something different, with activities designed to encourage creativity, self-expression, reflection and connection with others.
You don’t need to consider yourself an artist, and no previous creative experience is needed. You can take part at your own pace and interpret each activity in whatever way feels right for you. The sessions are pay what you want – join for free or make a donation if you can.
